When you exit the dark tunnels of Rochfale Tunnel, you are introduced to stretches of hot sand teeming with wild Pokémon. Tandor Sheets makes up a large sandy beach of a bay located in the northern reaches of West Tandor.
On the very southern tip of Route 7, just northeast to the entrance to Rochfale Hole sits a small house. The woman living inside the house will heal your Pokémon if you talk to her; it's exactly what a weary traveler needs after the trek from Rochfale Town.

On the east before Bealbeach is a cave. You'll find the same Pokémon as on the beach, but in the grass instead, so you'll be able to use the PokéRadar. There is also a PP Up.
Note : Once you leave for Nuclear Plant Epsilon, you can not return until completing the side quest, and the trip is one-time only. Pokémon healing is available, but there is no access to a PC and only limited supplies may be purchased. Choose your party carefully and stock up your backpack accordingly.
Surfing northeast from the rest house will lead to a secluded beach, inaccessible by land. Here, a ninja will EV train your Pokémon in the Speed stat. It costs 500 Poké dollars for each playing of the minigame. In the minigame, you need to use precise timing to hit a bar so your Pokémon will hit a sandbag. After ten hits, your Pokémon will gain Speed EVs equal to 40% of their 'score' in the minigame.
