Owten are known for their enchanting song and their ability to put enemies to sleep. Their vision is well-adapted and allows them to see clearly in the dark and far away. Additionally, they have weak psychic powers that allow them to confuse and disable their foes.
Behavior
Owten are shy, nocturnal Pokémon that tend to be wary of humans. They are classified as the "Observer" Pokémon due to their habit of sitting in trees and staring at one place, unblinking, for hours. This behavior is often thought to be creepy.
Habitat
Owten are arboreal forest-dwellers, primarily found in the southwest region of West Tandor. They tend to gather with others of their kind.
