Route 6 - Pahar Hills is one part of the route system connecting Rochfale Town, Bealbeach City, and Legen Town.

Route Description

Steep and rocky mountainous ledges surrounds the lush green valleys with crystal clear ponds and a collection of strong trainers sets Route 6 both serene and treacherous; be sure to bring Super Potions and a healthy collection of Antidotes and Paralyze Heals. To the east of Route 6 sits Rochfale Town and towards the west Route 6 advances up into the mountains with one one fork leading north to the entrance to Rochfale Hole and onto Bealbeach City and the other fork leading south towards Legen Town. This will be blocked by police the first time passing through, becoming accessible later.

The first time you visit Route 6 you will have your first run-in with Garlikid as part of the Garlikid Sidequest.

Be sure to save the game before battling Garlikid, if you do not defeat Garlikid you will not be able to capture them later in the game.

Just north of the main path just a short distance from Rochfale Town you'll find a series of rocky steps leading up to a rocky ledge and to the mouth of a cave where you'll discover the secret of the Pokémon Thief who broke into Professor Cypress' Laboratory. A Lv. 18 Owten guards the cave entrance, and once inside you'll battle against the Fighting-type Pokémon Garlikid, who acts as a trainer and uses the Professor Lily Cypress' stolen Pokémon.

• Cooltrainer Luka's Firoke has String Shot instead of Incinerate.
• It's possible to trigger a Double Battle with Luigi and Wilma. However, doing so causes you to only recieve money from Luigi if you win. (You cannot trigger the Double Battle if you have only 1 Pokemon/1 Pokemon alive in your party.)
