Hyper Voice is a sound-based Normal-type move.

As of 1.0.4, it can be taught by the Special Move Tutor in Tsukinami Village Hotel, for a price of 4 Blue Shards. Prior to 1.0.4, it could be taught by the Ultimate Move Tutor in Tsukinami Village, at a cost of 4 shards of each color. Prior to 1.0.3, it could be taught for free after completing the Ninja Reunion Sidequest.

Effect

Hyper Voice inflicts damage and has no secondary effect.

Pokémon with the Ability Soundproof will not be affected by this move.

Substitute does not protect against this move.

Hyper Voice hits all foes in Double Battles.
