Design Origin

• Linkite is based on a Substitute decoy chained to a Poké Ball (presumably the one it died in).
• Linkite's former shiny form (Prior to 1.2) is based off the similar shiny forms of the Voltorb and Foongus lines.
• Linkite's base stat total is the 2nd lowest of any Pokemon in the game, just 15 points above Magikarp.
