Fallengel is a dual-type Fire/Dark Pokémon.

It evolves from Devimp starting at level 48, and into Beliaddon starting at level 72.

Pokédex entry It acts like a soldier, obeying orders without hesitation. It seems to have no moral compass and will do whatever its master commands.

Biology

Physiology

Fallengel is a bipedal Pokémon resembling a demon. Its body is bright red in colour, with black markings on its forehead, cheeks, chest and stomach. It has a pair of red horns on its head, and its feet resemble hooves and are black in colour. There is also a pair of small, tattered black wings on its back, and it has a flame in between its horns and on the tip of its long spearheaded tail.

Special Abilities

Fallengel are skilled swordsmen, able to wield swords made purely of fire.

Behavior

Fallengel will operate in groups, under the command of Beliaddon. Due to lacking any morals, they will obey their master without hesitation.

Habitat

Fallengel are said to have entered this realm through a portal leading from a fiery chasm, as with Devimp and Beliaddon.

Design Origin

The Devimp line is based on the popular interpretation of demons in religion. Fallengel in particular seems to be based on a standard demon.

Name Origin

Fallengel is a portmanteau of fallen and angel. This is because demons in Christianity are said to be corrupted angels.
