Ratsy is a small, bipedal rodent Pokémon. It is covered in short, dark-gray fur, with a light-gray stomach and black bands around its neck, wrists, and ankles. It has a tuft of pink hair on its head. Its long, hairless tail is tipped in something resembling a paintbrush, which drips with yellow paint.

Design Origin[]
Ratsy and Raffiti are the Tandor equivalent of the Pokemon Smeargle. They are based on a rat and a graffiti artist, as well as the famous street artist Banksy, whose symbol is a rat.
