It is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokémon.
Duplicat can be used to breed with any species of Pokémon to produce an egg of that same species. However, offspring cannot inherit moves from a Duplicat unless they are level up moves that are shared by the parent, even if the Pokemon the Duplicat is breeding with is Female or the Duplicat knows a move that is an Egg move for the breeding partner.
This Pokémon has the ability to create an identical copy of itself or its opponent. These copies only last a few minutes before fading away.

Duplicat's body resembles a stubby, stylized cat with four eyes. Its mouth resembles the lowercase Greek letter omega, while its tail resembles the uppercase omega.(Ω, lowercase: ω)
Duplicat is the only Normal-type Pokémon that is not part of an evolutionary line.
Duplicat replaces Ditto, which was present in earlier versions of the game.
Duplicat's cry is an edited version of Mienfoo's cry.
Design Origin[]
Duplicat is based on the expression "copycat". Its face resembles the "cat smile" emote (:3), and its tail is shaped like either the numeral '2', the capitalized Greek letter omega (Ω), or an outline of a tail.
