ESHOUTEN are shy and elusive, found only at night around mountains. Their incredible eyesight allows them to see clearly up to a mile away.

Biology

Physiology

Eshouten is a medium-sized Pokémon covered in soft tan fur. Its forearms are bird wings and its hind legs are sharp raptor claws. It has small claws on its wings for gripping and scratching at opponents. Its head is white, with tan spots over its eyes and tan tufts coming out of its ears. Its tail is fluffy with alternating white and tan stripes. Its eyes are red and it wears a sly expression on its face.

Special abilities

Eshouten are intelligent and perceptive Pokémon. They have significant psychic abilities that allow them to confuse and disorient their opponents, as well as disguise themselves. Like their pre-evolution, Eshouten have excellent night vision and can see for miles. Their soft feathers allow them to fly almost silently.

Behavior

Eshouten are nocturnal Pokémon that are even shyer than their previous evolution. However, they are swift and silent hunters that can take down prey by lancing it with a powerful psychic blast.

Habitat

Eshouten live in trees in the mountains and are most active at night.
